A practical and supportive workshop to help writers build confidence, overcome challenges, and make progress on their books.
Have you started writing a book but find yourself struggling to move forward? Perhaps you've hit the dreaded middle, lost momentum, or simply aren't sure what to do next. Or maybe you have a great idea for a book but need a little guidance and encouragement to get started.
Whether you're just beginning, halfway through your manuscript, or approaching the finish line, this workshop is designed to help you take the next step.
Join author, screenwriter, and publishing consultant with Tellwell Publishing, Trelawney Bresic, for a two-hour interactive workshop focused on getting your book moving and keeping it moving.
Held in a beautiful and intimate Bookshop & Tea Rooms in Warwick, close to magical Warwick Castle, this friendly, hands-on session will give you the opportunity to work on your writing, share ideas, tackle challenges, and gain practical guidance to help you move closer to completing and publishing your book
During the session, we will explore:
- Practical writing exercises to develop your book, wherever you are in the writing process
- Opportunities to share your work, exchange ideas, and receive supportive feedback
- How to identify and overcome the challenges that are holding your writing back
- Tackling the dreaded middle, when your story feels tangled, your ideas stall, and you're unsure how to move forward
- Finding fresh motivation and building confidence in your writing
- Reviewing your writing goals and setting achievable new ones to keep your book progressing
- Understanding the different routes to publication, with an open Q&A about how to become a published author
- Practical next steps to help you keep writing long after the workshop ends
This is more than a discussion about writing. It's an opportunity to spend dedicated time developing your book, working through obstacles, and connecting with other writers who understand the challenges and rewards of the creative process.
With a maximum of ten participants, the workshop will be deliberately small and supportive, creating space for meaningful conversation, personalised guidance, and the beginnings of a writing community.
Whether you have written three pages, three chapters, or nearly an entire manuscript, you'll leave with fresh motivation, practical ideas, and a clearer plan for moving your book towards completion and publication.
Only 10 spots available for this exclusive writing workshop. Reserve your place today and give yourself the time, guidance, and encouragement to get your book moving!
